Chip Sebastian

I’m so thankful to be able to do many things, all of them things I love. A polymath at heart, my varying interests each allow me to empower the others in a unique, cross-disciplinary way.

I graduated from the University of Kentucky in English and Film in 1995, started Sebastian’s Mobile Massage, Lexington’s only fully mobile service in that same year. Not long after, I was accepted into the MFA Program in Television and Film Production at Florida State University, where I trained with Richard Portman and Frank Patterson, among others. Upon returning to Lexington, I started working full-time for Arthur Murray Dance Studios, where I was number one instructor in the nation 2003-2004, and I still teach there to this day. I completed a Masters in Theatre in from UK in 2005 and an MBA from Sullivan University in 2010. To date, I’ve written, directed, and performed in over a hundred plays, audio works, dance performances, and films, and am constantly teaching and practicing martial arts, dance, voice, acting, massage, and movement.

I live in Lexington, Kentucky, with my wife, Astrid, and am very grateful for every day and everything.
